WYOMING CUTT-SLAM
JULY 9-15, 2025
$3750 USD
If you’re a hardcore achiever who thrives on challenge and says, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead,” this adventure is your ultimate calling. For the angler who feels most alive immersed in the wild—camping under starlit skies, with the fresh scent of fish on your hands—and who doesn’t flinch at a demanding schedule to chase an extraordinary goal, this journey is a must for you.
Andrew has meticulously planned the ultimate Wyoming Cutt-Slam itinerary to maximize both time and opportunities to catch all four of Wyoming’s native cutthroat trout species in their pristine home waters. While a few creature comforts are sprinkled in, this adventure is all about embracing the rugged path to achieve a truly lofty goal. This trip isn’t for everyone—only the most dedicated and adventurous anglers need apply. And yes, not everyone will be accepted. For instance, catching one of these elusive subspecies requires an 8-mile backpacking trek. Most nights? We’ll be camping.
The rewards, however, are unparalleled. First, the accomplishment itself: achieving the Wyoming Cutt-Slam is a feat few anglers can claim. But equally unforgettable is the journey through Wyoming’s breathtaking landscapes. From pristine mountain streams to sweeping valleys, every step and every cast takes you deeper into some of the most stunning country you’ll ever encounter.
This is the adventure you’ll recount to your kids and grandkids—a story worthy of Hemingway himself. To top it off, you’ll walk away with professional photos capturing the epic moments, a sense of pride that few can match, and official recognition goodies from the Wyoming Game & Fish Department.
This isn’t just a trip. It’s a legacy. Are you ready to rise to the challenge?
